🐻 What is Bloopie Beads?

Bloopie Beads is a Los Angeles–based studio creating tiny handmade glass characters using a traditional lampworking technique. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, with its own unique expression and story.

🔥 Are all pieces handmade?

Yes! Every single bead is individually handcrafted in our tiny studio — shaped in the flame, cooled, and assembled with care. Because of this process, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

📦 How long does shipping take?

We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Standard: USPS Ground Advantage — $5.25 (2–5 business days, tracking included)

• Upgrade: USPS Priority Mail — +$4 (2–3 business days, tracking + $100 insurance)

Currently, we ship within the United States only.

💳 How can I pay for my order?

We accept secure payments through PayPal and major credit cards. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of ordering.

📬 Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each piece is handmade and unique, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged.
If that happens, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, we may have already started preparing it, and changes might not be possible.

🐾 Are the “personalities” really unique?

Yes! Each character bead has its own personality written by hand and included with your order. It’s part of the fun — you’ll discover your new friend’s story only after it arrives 🤫✨
