At Bloopie Beads, each tiny glass friend is handmade with love and care in Los Angeles.
Because of the handmade nature of our pieces, we want to make sure you know what to expect before you order. Please read our policies below before completing your purchase.
💸 Payments
We accept secure payments through PayPal and major credit cards.
All payments must be completed within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that are not paid within this period may be canceled.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
If your order arrives broken or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund if eligible.
📦 Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, we may already have started preparing your order and changes may not be possible.

Each Bloopie Beads piece is handmade using lampworking techniques — slight variations in shape, size, and color are part of its unique charm and not considered defects.
📍 Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
Orders ship from Los Angeles, CA within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. Priority Mail orders include $100 insurance for extra peace of mind.
